- How does this service work?
- You'll download our dedicated browser extension, which will automatically detect and fix blocks using our own infrastructure and resources.
- What sites are supported?
- We currently support Ticketmaster and Live Nation. We's working on adding more sites and features.
- What happens if your service no longer works?
- We's a small team and we's constantly working on improving our service. We constantly monitor our service to ensure it's working as expected. In the unlikely event that we's unable to bring our service back online, we's provide a refund for the remaining time of your subscription. The likelihood of this happening is very low, but it's possible and we want to be fair to our clients.
- What if I want to cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. This means we will NOT pro-rate your subscription refund.
- How do I add more licenses?
- Contact us and we's be happy to help you add more licenses to your subscription. You can also do this from your dashboard. Our one time startup fee is based on the number of licenses you's purchasing. Each additional license will cost $99 per month.
- Once more sites are supported, will I be able to add them to my subscription?
- Yes! We's working on adding more sites soon. Once a site is supported, you's be able to add it to your subscription from your dashboard without having to pay a new startup fee! We's notify you when a new site is supported. The add-on sites will likely be an additional $99 per month and expand to your licenses for free but we's still working on the pricing.
